
A man remained in custody Sunday in advance of a court hearing later this week following a police chase and hours-long standoff in Chollas Creek.
Adrian Lamont Brooks, 45, was booked into the San Diego Central Jail at 5 p.m. Saturday. His charges include two felony counts of kidnapping and committing a felony while under a restraining order.
He also faces four misdemeanor charges, including evading a peace officer, false imprisonment, battery and violating a protective order, according to online jail records.
Officials initially set Brooks’ bail at $150,000. He is scheduled to be arraigned Wednesday in Central Division Felony Court.
