San Diego FC kicked off its monthlong “Season of Giving” campaign Monday with a drive to give back to underserved communities.

The public is encouraged to drop off new, unwrapped toys and essential family supplies — such as shoes, blankets, books, diapers and hygiene items — at Eighteen Threads from Nov. 11 to Dec. 11.

Donors who drop off their contributions at San Diego FC’s official retail shop at Mission Valley Mall will receive a 10% off in-store coupon and have the chance to enter to win a 2025 SDFC inaugural season jersey.

SDFC’s “Season of Giving” will conclude with distribution events on Dec. 11 for the Armed Services YMCA and the Boys & Girls Club of Greater San Diego, and on Dec. 14 for the Chicano Federation.

Additional SDFC events and “Season of Giving” opportunities will be announced in the coming weeks, according to the Major League Soccer club.
