The Raiders took their first lead of the game at the beginning of the second half on a field goal. San Diego answered back with another touchdown, though a blocked PAT kept their lead at 16-13.
In the fourth quarter, it was all Oakland, as they kicked two more field goals to take the final lead 19-16.
Phillip Rivers ended with 206 yards, two touchdowns and an interception. San Diego heads to Cleveland to take on the 0-16 Browns next Saturday.
