The USS Midway Museum is offering complimentary admission to U.S. military veterans during the month of November. Veterans can obtain their free tickets at the museum’s ticket booth on Navy Pier. Veterans are asked to show proof of service.
San Diego County boasts one of the largest veteran populations in the United States with more than 200,000 former and retired military members living and working in the county. Although the country formally pays tribute to those who have worn the uniform of our nation each year on Veterans Day, Nov. 11, the Midway wants to show its appreciation for veterans all month long.
