The Metropolitan Transit System will increase Trolley service for the Foo Fighters concert on Wednesday, August 7 at Petco Park.
All three Trolley lines – UC San Diego Blue, Orange and Green – provide direct service to Petco Park for the 5 p.m. show start time. All three lines have 15-minute service to the 12th Imperial Transit Center, which is right by Petco Park.
Following the concert, all three Trolley lines will depart every 15 minutes for at least 45 minutes after the concert ends, with additional trips as needed. The Blue Line will depart to San Ysidro and UTC.
Fans attending the concert can use MTS’ free park and ride lots all throughout the Trolley system. The full list of Park & Ride lots, divided by the colored lines, can be found on the MTS website. Downloading the PRONTO app in advance can help expedite the boarding process as well.
