Mayor Kevin L. Faulconer and police Chief Shelley Zimmerman on Thursday will handout ice cream in exchange for sharing a dream.
The event will take place at Cesar Chavez Elementary School where more than 300 students will share their dreams with the city leaders.
Ice Cream for a Dream, the Dream Support Network’s powerful national community initiative, is a motivational tool used to encourage children and communities to make their dreams a reality.
