A motorist died following a crash Wednesday night on state Route 94 in the Oak Park neighborhood of San Diego.
A silver Chevrolet HHR and a white Ford F-350 collided in the westbound lanes near Federal Boulevard around 8:45 p.m. One of the vehicles rolled and came to a rest back upright, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The wrecked vehicles blocked one westbound lane for a time, but the roadway was cleared by about 11:45 p.m.
The name of the person killed in the crash was being withheld.
