Police found two victims of gunshot wounds Sunday in separate mobile homes in the same complex in Escondido.
The Escondido Police Department responded to a reported double shooting on the 500 block of West 15th Avenue at about 1:45 a.m.
Both of the gunshot victims were taken to the nearby Palomar Medical Center. Although their conditions were unknown, one of the victims appeared to be in a more serious state than the other.
