Crews made quick work of a small brush fire in Rancho San Diego early Friday, authorities said.
The noninjury fire in the vicinity of Jamacha Boulevard and Campo Road erupted about 6:50 a.m., according to the San Diego County Sheriff’s Department.
The cause was under investigation.
