A driver was taken to hospital after his vehicle crashed into an automotive business in the Grantville neighborhood Friday, a San Diego Fire-Rescue dispatcher said.
The incident was reported at 2:39 p.m. at Wholesale Automotive Machine Inc. at 6347 Mission Gorge Road.
“One vehicle went into the structure, and the person inside was not trapped but injured,” the dispatcher said. “That person was transported to Sharp Memorial Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.”
The vehicle’s driver was not identified.
There were no injuries reported inside the business that the vehicle ran into.
