Police on Saturday described a casually dressed man who robbed a bank in Rancho Bernardo.

The suspect entered the California Bank and Trust branch at 16796 Bernardo Center Dr. just after 5:20 p.m. on Friday and demanded cash from a teller, San Diego police Officer David Stafford said.

The suspect received an undisclosed amount of cash before fleeing northbound in a dark colored sedan, Stafford said. No injuries were reported in the robbery and police did not say if the man used a weapon.

The suspect was described as a clean-shaven, light-skin man in his 20s or 30s, 5 feet 8 to 5 feet 10, wearing a black T-shirt, blue pants and black baseball cap.
