Chula Vista police have released a sketch in the ongoing investigation of a young man who has exposed himself in public in several cases.
Police are investigating four incidents, but several witnesses have come forward to report they also saw him, but hadn’t called for help.
The suspect has been seen completely naked, and asks victims for clothes. He has often been seen fully clothed just before or shortly after encountering victims. Police are dispatching female police decoys to try and catch him.
Detectives are urging anyone who sees the man to call 911. Some witnesses told them they didn’t call because they thought the man was part of a prank or drunk.
“They should know that this is not a prank and police would like to be contacted to investigate,” the department said in a statement.
