Authorities on Friday sought a person who has exposed himself on at least three occasions in the Winding Walk neighborhood of Chula Vista since April.

The most recent case occurred about 9 p.m. Thursday in the 2200 block of Trellis Street, according to police.

The victim was taking a walk when a naked, roughly 5-foot-3, 150-pound Latino in his mid-teens to early 20s jumped out from behind the bushes and asked her to give him clothing.

He ran away when a man walking his dogs happened by, Lt. Fritz Reber said.

Authorities believe the same person exposed himself to a woman in the 1600 block of Texas Rainbow Drive on the night of May 1 and at a public pool in the area a few days earlier. In the April case, the suspect identified himself as “Bruce,” and in each instance, he asked those he confronted to bring him clothing, according to Reber.

One victim described the perpetrator’s hairstyle as a “bowl cut,” the lieutenant said. The suspect has short brown hair.

Authorities asked anyone with information about the crimes to call the Chula Vista Police Department at (619) 691-5151.
