Three new tenants, including a nail salon and French cafe, are open in phase one of The Row at Civita, the mixed-use civic and retail center of the 230-acre master-planned community in Mission Valley.
HTB Aesthetics, La Clochette French Café & Bakery and iNailology Spa & Bar are located at 7995 Civita Boulevard, near Friars Road and Russell Park Way.
According to Sudberry Properties, Civita’s developer, when complete, the complex will consist of approximately 300,000 square feet of retail, dining, and entertainment venues, 75,000 square feet of office space, up to 735 residential units, and a hotel with up to 150 rooms.
The Row at Civita currently includes Cork & Barrel and Poki Bowl, with Pizzo’s Pizzeria & Wine Bar slated to open in early 2025, followed by Jimbo’s grocery store in 2026.
