A 2.9-acre industrial yard on Paseo De La Fuente in Otay Mesa has been sold for $5.84 million.
CBRE’s Ramin Salehi, John Smith and Joe Smith represented the buyer, AMK Auto Group, a trucking and auto transport business. On Paseo Fuente 7680 LLC sold the property.
“Otay Mesa still has a high demand for industrial yard space,” Salehi said. “Industrial outdoor storage is limited throughout the region, and Otay Mesa is one of the last remaining areas that allow occupiers to purchase land for their intended use.”
The auto group will use the move-in ready industrial parcel for its transport business. The property is fully fenced, graded with utilities and has a concrete-gated entry.
The property is located east of state routes 11 and 125 and has direct access to the new Otay Mesa II Port of Entry.
