A unique concierge program for those looking to sell their homes is taking off.
Leaders behind Compass San Diego said its program is helping home sellers position themselves to get a premium sale price by covering the upfront cost of services, such as staging, deep-cleaning, organizing, cosmetic renovations, landscaping and painting. All home sellers need to do is list exclusively with Compass, the organization said.
For example, a Poway seller get full price with zero days on market during the “coming soon” period, and obtain 21.5 percent more money than any property ever traded in the neighborhood, Compass leaders said.
“The Compass Concierge program empowers us, as agents, to better serve our clients, helping their property look its absolute best, while maximizing the odds of the highest and best sale price,” said Joy Bender, a partner with the Compass Private Client Network.
This home seller offering is available nationwide in all markets where Compass has a presence.
With advice from their Compass agents, sellers will be guided through which minimal home improvements would give them the highest return, or value for their property, the organization said.
