SeaWorld‘s innovative figure-8 roller coaster featuring dueling trains is set to open May, 24, the theme park announced this week.

The Tidal Twister will join Electric Eel and Manta as SeaWorld’s newest coaster-type ride experiences.

Trains carrying 16 passengers will start at opposite ends of the track, accelerate to 30 miles per hour through twists and turns, then cross in the center during a zero-G roll.

The ride, which is suitable for younger guests and families, is under construction in the northwest corner of the park, adjacent to the Aquaria: World of Fishes aquarium and tide pool.
