One Paseo, a mixed-use development under construction in Del Mar heights, announced this week three new and well-known restaurants tenants: Shake Shack, Parakeet Café and Tender Greens.
Shake Shack is a modern-day “roadside” burger stand. Parakeet Café is a local spot for fresh, organic eats. Tender Greens is a chef-led kitchen serving seasonal and responsibly-sourced ingredients
“We have been working diligently to create the best lifestyle experience for our community, and these new additions will help us bring our vision to life — a place where everyone can come together to shop, eat, exercise or just hang out,” said Nelson Ackerly, senior vice president of developer Kilroy Realty.
The three new restaurants join Michael Mina and Ayesha Curry’s acclaimed International Smoke, the modern organic Mexican restaurant Tocaya Organica, chef Dakota Weiss’ Cali-meets-Hawaii Sweetfin Poké and Huntington Beach’s Ways & Means Oyster House.
The restaurants are scheduled to open in the spring 2019.
One Paseo is a mixed-use development that includes 95,871 square feet of retail space, 280,000 square feet of offices, and 608 multi-family residential units in a 23-acre lot.
