Shea Homes is opening its first luxury home community in San Diego on Saturday, with residences of over 4,000 square feet in Olivenhain priced from over $2 million.

The One Oak community includes 28 one- and two-story homes in Hacienda, Prairie and Spanish styling on lots averaging one acre.

“This is one of San Diego’s most pristine, secluded enclaves, with views that extend to the coast as well as to the back country,” said Vanessa Linn, vice president of sales and marketing for Shea Homes San Diego.

The homes range from 4,100 to 5,900 square feet and feature up to five bedrooms, five and a half baths, and three- to four-car garages.

Elsewhere around San Diego, Shea Homes is building 12 other new communities with prices starting from the high $300,000s.
