Harrah’s Rincon Casino & Resort not only is getting a facelift, but also a name-lift. Officials announced this week the North County gambling haven is henceforth to be known as Harrah’s Resort Southern California.
As part of that rebranding, though, Harrah’s handle all over social media, from Facebook to Instagram to Twitter is Harrah’s SoCal.
The changes are part of the Valley Center resort’s $160 million expansion, due to be completed next month. They include a new hotel tower with more than 400 rooms.
Also set to open is a new lounge called Spiked and other fast-food options, including a local outlet of the famous Los Angeles hot dog emporium, Pink’s.
