San Diego’s award-winning rock and bluegrass duo Berkley Hart return to Poway OnStage on Saturday for “Wreck ‘N Show,” a live performance of their debut album.
The concert, which features the music of the artists’ 2000 album “Wreck ‘N Sow,” completes a year-long cycle of concerts recreating their catalog of recordings.
Both Jeff Berkley and Calman Hart emerged from the Southern California coffeehouse circuit. As a duo for two decades, they have appeared at the Kerrville Folk Festival, as well as The Birchmere and The Bluebird Café.
“It’s always a homecoming when Jeff and Calman come to Poway OnStage,” said Michael Rennie, president and CEO of the venue, adding that the show will “feature the duo’s trademark natural humor and poignant, delicate, masterfully crafted lyrics delivered with stunning musicianship.”
The performance is at 8 p.m. on Saturday, April 14. Tickets are $15 to $50.
