Five weekends of internationally-inspired gourmet treats, local craft beer, fine wine and live music performances set sail at SeaWorld San Diego beginning this weekend.
The fourth annual Seven Seas Food Festival features 55 tapas-sized food samples, 70 brews, a dozen wines and performances by well-known local musicians.
“Here at SeaWorld we provide a variety of fresh and bold menu items to our guests every day,” said SeaWorld’s executive chef Axel Dirolf. “Our Seven Seas Food Festival allows us to elevate our culinary offerings to an even higher level, with exquisite international tapas-sized flavors from around the world.”
The Seven Seas festival takes place March 17-18, the week of March 24-April 1, April 7-8 and April 14-15.
The event promises guests a global gastronomic cruise without leaving SeaWorld. The menu includes flavors from France, the Mediterranean, the Caribbean, Latin America, Polynesia and Asia at 14 different locations throughout the park.
Three of San Diego’s top craft breweries will be featured each day. The breweries will share their history and recommend beer and food pairings.
The festival is included with regular park admission.
