San Diego FC announced Monday a multi-year partnership with the San Diego Zoo Wildlife Alliance, marking a collaboration that blends sports, conservation and community engagement.

As part of the agreement, the alliance becomes an official partner of SDFC and will present the club’s upcoming Kids Night on Saturday, May 17, during the home match against Sporting Kansas City.

The partnership will provide interactive fan experiences, in-stadium activations and educational opportunities centered on wildlife conservation, according to San Diego FC.

“As we continue building a club that represents the heart and soul of San Diego, we’re proud to partner with the San Diego Zoo Wildlife Alliance, an organization that has been a cornerstone of our community for generations,” said SDFC CEO Tom Penn.

“Together, we will create unforgettable match day experiences for families and fans while fostering a deeper connection to wildlife conservation and education,” Penn said.

Kids Night is set to include family-friendly crafts, giveaways, mascot meet-and-greets, live music by The Chameleons and a “Panda Dance Cam” featuring zoo favorites Bamboo the Panda and Dr. Zoolittle, officials said.
