UC San Diego right-hander Anthony Eyanson is part of the 2024 U.S. Collegiate National Team for an international series in North Carolina.

Eyanson was one of 29 athletes tabbed by USA Baseball after participating in Collegiate National Team Training Camp last month in Cary, N.C.

The 21st USA vs. Chinese Taipei International Friendship Series kicked off at Segra Stadium in Fayetteville, N.C. on June 29 before moving to the USA Baseball National Training Complex in Cary, First National Bank Field in Greensboro, N.C. and Atrium Health Ballpark in Kannapolis, N.C.

Additionally, those on the friendship series roster will play the Summer League Tour team in a Fourth of July contest at Segra Stadium.

Thirteen current Tritons and six incoming athletes are participating in seven different summer baseball leagues in California, Massachusetts, North Dakota, Washington, Wisconsin and British Columbia.

Eyanson, named to the All-Big West second team, is also playing for the Cape Cod League.

He ranked seventh in the Big West with a 3.07 ERA and finished last season with a 6-2 record and one save in 14 appearances.
