The San Diego State University basketball team clinched the Mountain West regular-season conference title on Wednesday with a 73-61 win at the University of Wyoming.

The win gave the Aztecs their 14th conference win in the 2015-16 season, and the 21st overall.

Wyoming is the same team that defeated SDSU in the Mountain West conference tournament championship game last season.

This is the fifth MW conference title in the last six years, and tenth overall, all under the helm of head coach Steve Fisher.

The Aztecs still have three games to play this season, but they have a four-game lead in the conference, so they are the outright title winner.
