Thousands of fans will gather Wednesday in San Diego for the 38th annual Holiday Bowl and Holiday Bowl Parade.

Here’s what you need to know:

Who: University of Southern California Trojans will play against the Wisconsin Badgers.

Where: Qualcomm Stadium in Mission Valley, which can seat more than 66,000 fans.

When: 7:30 p.m. Wednesday.

Parking: Parking at Qualcomm is limited to 14,000 seats. Parking costs range from $20 to $75.

Public Transportation: The Metropolitan Transit System will run trains on the Green Line every 7.5 minutes starting at 2:30 p.m. with trains departing every 15 minutes. Fare prices range from $1.25 to $2.50. MTS will also have $6 commemorative day passes.

Holiday Bowl Parade: The San Diego Holiday Bowl Parade, which is also dubbed as “America’s Largest Balloon Parade,” will take place at 10 a.m. Wednesday in downtown San Diego. The parade starts at the County Administration Building and runs south on Harbor Drive. Grandstand tickets can be purchased for $20.
