Boston Marathon winner Meb Keflezighi shared a starring role in Meb Day with old friends from San Diego High School and UCLA — and the San Diego Track Club — as well as civic lights such as Mayor Kevin Faulconer, Councilman David Alvarez and San Diego Hall of Champions President Mike McDowell. Video shows him walking with hand-in-hand with his children and parents at his alma mater on a sunny late Saturday morning.
