San Diegans across the spectrum are supporting the lifetime NBA ban of owner Donald Sterling, who brought the San Diego Clippers to Los Angeles in 1984.
Even former SDSU football great Marshall Faulk weighed in, tweeting: “Commissioner Silver thanks for not just slapping Donald Sterling on the wrist. #leadership.”
NBA Commissioner Adam Silver announced the ban and $2.5 million fine against Sterling for racist comments first aired by TMZ.
