San Diego County will hold two virtual community sessions on Zoom Wednesday and Thursday related to the Housing Blueprint plan.
The goal for the plan is to find ways to build more housing for everyone, create and preserve affordable housing, protect tenants, keep more people in their homes and promote climate-friendly communities. It is expected to be considered by county supervisors this summer.
The two virtual sessions offer the same information, but one will be held in the afternoon and one in the evening to make it as easy as possible for people to attend.
The schedule:
- 6 p.m., Wednesday – Zoom Link, or +1 669 444 9171, webinar ID, 897 5769 2737
- Noon, Thursday – Zoom Link, or +1 669 444 9171, webinar ID, 810 8806 7507
People can learn about the Housing Blueprint process, share feedback on recommendations to improve the plan and discover more ways to share input.
To take part, register for a community session on the county’s Engage San Diego County Housing Blueprint webpage.
The county previously held a Board of Supervisors workshop in 2022 and a virtual community meeting and two informational webinars in 2023.
