An Orange County woman involved in a class action lawsuit against Trump University was removed from her roll as a class representative, reported the San Diego Union-Tribune.

Tarla Makaeff filed the lawsuit six years ago in U.S. District Court in San Diego against Donald Trump, claiming his real estate program was misleading, the U-T said. But the litigation had caused her severe stress and unwanted publicity due to Trump’s role as the front-runner for the Republican presidential nomination.

Makaeff will remain as a member of the lawsuit and could collect damages if the plaintiffs prevail, according to the U-T. A trial date could be set at the next hearing scheduled for May 6.
