That includes administrative offices, libraries and recreation centers.
Among the exceptions in the city of San Diego are the Miramar Landfill, which will operate with normal hours, municipal golf courses, the Mission Trails Regional Park Visitor Center and Chollas Lake. Municipal swimming pools will be open from noon to 4 p.m.
Curbside trash collection will be delayed one day.
Additional closures in the county of San Diego will include animal shelters, and community centers in Fallbrook, Lakeside and Spring Valley.
