Chris Cate and Carol Kim, candidates to represent District 6 on the San Diego City Council, will face each other in a forum Tuesday at the Mira Mesa High School Library.
It will be the second of three planned debates before the Nov. 4 general election.
The forum is sponsored by the Asian Business Association, Asian Pacific Islander American Public Affairs, and CEPA Net.
The event is open to the public and begins with light refreshments at 5:30 p.m. followed by the forum at 6 p.m. The high school is at 10510 Reagan Road.
District 6 includes Kearny Mesa, Mira Mesa, Miramar, Clairemont and parts of Rancho Penasquitos.
