Two renowned Michelin-starred chefs will come together on April 30 for a special eight-course Italian dinner. 

Chef Silvio Salmoraghi of Acquerello in Milan, Italy and Chef Fabio Ugoletti of Mar’Sel at Terranea Resort said they are both excited to source local ingredients to bring unforgettable Italian flavors to life during this unique event. 

“I share with [Chef Fabio Ugoletti]  a common pursuit of sourcing local, fresh ingredients, a deep respect for raw materials, and a shared aspiration to bring to California a genuine interpretation of Italian contemporary cuisine,” Salmoraghi  said. “I’m looking forward to this opportunity to show our guests what two chefs from Gualtiero Marchesi school can do together.”

Ugoletti described his colleague as one of the “best Italian chefs” of the generation. He said he is thrilled to partner with him to create an exclusive dinner.
