Construction and temporary lane closures are planned for the 8 freeway and associated ramps Sunday through early Monday, officials said.
The following lanes and ramps will experience temporary closures:
— Two left lanes eastbound between Grossmont Boulevard and Main Street;
— Two right lanes westbound between Main Street and Grossmont Boulevard;
— One on-ramp westbound at Main Street.
The closures will take place from 8 p.m. Sunday to 5 a.m. Monday, according to Caltrans.
