The city of San Diego was experiencing problems with cell phone connection to the Public Utilities customer service section, officials said Monday.
The city sent out a social media post at 9:38 a.m. Monday announcing the problems.
“Technicians are working on the problem, and we appreciate your patience,” the city said.
No other information was immediately available.
