It will be sunny, breezy and cool in San Diego County on Wednesday, with a wind advisory in effect for the deserts until 11 a.m., according to the National Weather Service.

West winds from 20 mph to 30 mph with gusts up to 50 mph are expected in the deserts.

The weather service recommends caution when driving, especially those in high-profile vehicles, and securing outdoor objects.

Elsewhere in the county it will be sunny and cool, with gusty winds in the afternoon.

Highs on Wednesday are forecast to be 66 along the coast, 64 to 69 in the western valleys, 60 to 65 near the foothills, 54 to 62 in the mountains and 76 to 81 in the deserts.
