State Route 78 will be under one-way traffic control with flaggers, eastbound and westbound, near Weekend Villa Road, Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. and Sundays from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m. to repair roadway damaged by July’s Pasqual Fire, according to Caltrans.
Crews will be repairing culverts, embankment slopes, berms, guardrail posts, spraying hydroseed for erosion control and replacing damaged road signs and fences. The work is expected to be completed in early fall, according to Caltrans.
Signs are posted to alert motorists of the work. Motorists may expect delays of up to 15 minutes, according to Caltrans.
