San Diego Children’s Discovery Museum in Escondido will be holding its second Health & Wellness Week next week.
The event, which will be held from Sept. 18 to Sept. 22, features daily workshops, check-ups and services. This year’s Health & Wellness Week themes include: nutrition, fitness, safety, dental, developmental milestones, mental health, self-care, and financial literacy.
All workshops and check-ups are free with museum admission. All workshop and check-up participants will also receive one opportunity drawing ticket for each workshop or organization’s table that they visit throughout the week. Three raffle winners will be chosen at the end of the week and contacted via email.
The event is sponsored by Tri-City Medical Center.
