Charlie Boghosian of Chicken Charlie’s updated his Krispy Kreme donut chicken sandwich by adding a chunk of vanilla ice cream and Fruity Pebbles topping.

Deep-Fried Octopus

Reno’s Fish and Chips will offer cleaned, gutted octopus that is battered and fried with cocktail or tarter sauce to accompany it.

Deep-Fried Cheese and Buffalo Chicken Ravioli

Bacon-Wrapped Asparagus, Brussels Sprouts and Pineapple

Bacon-A-Fair grills the bacon-wrapped fruit and vegetables on a stick and sprinkles on parmesan cheese.

The Duke Dog (inspired by John Wayne)

Pink’s Dogs starts with a polish dog and tops it with BBQ sauce, Pinks chili, onions, cheddar jack cheese and cowboy hot sauce.

Peanut Butter Meatballs

Chicken Charlie’s is offering beef and pork meatballs deep fried and coated in a pancake peanut butter batter.

Maui Cowboy Burger


Grantburger uses a beef patty and adds pickled vegetables, ghost pepper cheese, jalapenos and Spam.

Jalapeno Popper and Bacon Grilled Cheese Sandwich

Grilled Cheese A-Fair’s new item has applewood smoked bacon, jalapeno cream, cheese poppers, double cheddar cheese, chipotle aioli on sourdough bread. They also are offering a Patty Melt “Animal Style,” a patty melt with double cheese, caramelized onions and secret sauce on sourdough bread.

Chicken Charlie’s wraps a chicken leg with bacon and then deep fries it.
