More than 1,400 San Diego Gas and Electric customers were without power Sunday in San Marcos, according to the utility.
The lights went out at about 11:15 a.m. in the western portion of the city, SDG&E announced on its website. While the cause had not been determined, the utility estimated it would be restored by 2 p.m. Sunday.
