Bravo TV has ranked Little Italy’s stunning red Christmas tree third on their list of the most ‘dazzling’ trees around the country.

The 25-foot tree in the Piazza Basilone is made up of over 1,100 poinsettias and is lit at night by 3,000 flashing LEDs.

The unique tree ranked just behind the trees at Rockefeller Center in New York City and the Willard Hotel in the nation’s capital.

The poinsettias were grown in San Diego County and the frame was designed and manufactured locally. It took the Little Italy Association a week to assemble.
