Ready to walk for wine? Westfield UTC is hosting its fourth annual Wine Walk on Saturday.
The event, which benefits the Temecula Valley Winegrower’s Association, features a self-guided walk through the mall with four wine gardens. Each garden will have one to two restaurants three wineries. Guests will receive unlimited bites and up to 10 pours.
Southern California wineries that will be featured include Bel Vino Winery, Falkner Winery, Lorimar Vineyards & Winery, Maurice Car’rie Winery, Robert Renzoni Vineyards, Vindemia Vineyard & Estate Winery, Wiens Family Cellars, Wilson Creek Winery and more, paired with unlimited chef-crafted bites from Eureka Discover American Craft, Godiva, Lemonade, PIRCH, Seasons 52 and Tender Greens.
Worried about driving home? Uber is offering free rides up to $10 for Uncorked attendees. Tickets to the event are $20 each.

Celebrating Asian Culture
The Asian Cultural Festival returns Saturday. The annual event, which takes place at Mira Mesa Community Park, celebrates the culture of thousands of San Diego County residents during Asian Heritage Month. The free, family-friend event features live entertainment, games, cultural exhibitions and plenty of food from different Asian countries. Attendees can also expect a beer garden, photobooth, cooking demos and a Cultural Row, an educational glance at different Asian cultures. Festivities kick off at 10 a.m.
Fiesta Cinco de Mayo
Old Town San Diego will host its 33rd annual Fiesta Cindo de Mayo this weekend. The family-friendly event features four stages with more than 40 bands performing during the three-day event. Attendees can also expect a margarita garden, petting zoo, Low Rider Lane and plenty of delicious Mexican food from more than 10 restaurants. The event takes place from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m. Friday, 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. Saturday and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday.
Mingei Bazaar
Are you looking for a unique gift for mom or yourself? Head over to the Mingei International Museum in Balboa Park for its Bazaar Under the Stars. The event takes place from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. Saturday and features open-air markets with goods from the Mediterranean, South America and Southeast Asia. The outdoor market will feature ethnic craft, fair trade items and one-of-a-kind jewelry. Proceeds from the event will go toward the Mingei Museum’s initiaties. Tickets start at $125.
Mother’s Day Run
If you’re looking for a healthy way to celebrate Mother’s Day, head to De Anza Cove this weekend. The Mission Valley Sunset Rotary Club is hosting its fourth annual Mother’s Day Run benefitting the San Diego Rescue Mission at 8:30 a.m. Sunday. The route takes runners through Mission Bay and is suitable for avid runners or casual walkers. Distances for the run include a 5K, 10K and children’s 100 meter dash. All mothers will also be given a rose! Registration begins at $35.
