San Diego can expect a mostly dry weekend after a week of El Nino-driven rain that caused flash flooding and closed streets throughout the county.
The National Weather Service forecast calls for partly cloudy conditions Saturday with highs around 61 and a chance of rain in the evening. Lows overnight will be 46 to 51.
Sunday will be mostly cloudy with highs 60 to 65 after a chance of showers in the morning.
“A weak low-pressure system moving inland to the north will bring mainly light precipitation along and west of the mountains and in the upper deserts,” the weather service said.
