Whether you bleed Wisconsin red or Trojan cardinal, your marching band performed well Wednesday morning at the 25th annual Port of San Diego Holiday Bowl Parade. Dubbed America’s largest balloon parade, the event stepping south down Harbor Drive was seen by tens of thousands on a cool but sunny day.
