A living history of 1915 cars will be presented in front of the San Diego Automotive Museum in Balboa Park this Saturday, to honor the 100-year anniversary of the San Diego Exposition Road Race.
Admission is free to the public, as the drivers of the cars and their families will describe the features of their cars from 9 a.m.-4 p.m.
There will also be a tour of the old race venue for the San Diego Exposition Road Race in Point Loma that will commence at 10:30 a.m.
The San Diego Exposition Road Race was a 300 mile race over a six mile course in Point Loma that was held on Jan. 9, 1915, and was one of the opening events for the 1915 Panama California Exposition.
