Father Joe’s St. Vincent de Paul Village is set to serve two special thanksgiving meals for homeless families and individuals in San Diego, on Wednesday, Nov. 26.
Southern California’s largest residential homeless services provider will provide a lunch-time meal, which will start at 11:30 a.m., and will also serve a dinner at 5 p.m.
San Diego is home to nearly 9,000 homeless individuals, and has the fifth largest homeless population in the U.S., and also has the third largest homeless veteran population in the U.S.
