The National Weather Service issued a flash flood advisory on Sunday morning as a line of thunderstorms moved through San Diego County.

Just before 10 a.m., radar indicated multiple heavy showers and thunderstorms stretching up to 10 miles inland from the coast. Lightning was reported at Lindbergh field.

The weather service warned of urban and small stream flooding and cautioned against driving into areas where water covers roadways.
