The former Southeastern Family Resource Center will reopen at a new location Monday.

The center, which handles Medi-Cal enrollment for San Diego county residents, when it opens its doors at 7 a.m. Monday will be known as the Southeastern Live Well Center, according to the San Diego County Health and Human Services Agency.

The site, 5101 Market St., will serve Chollas View, Emerald Hills and Encanto, among other local communities.

Medi-Cal is California’s Medicaid health care program, and pays for a variety of services for children and adults with limited income and resources.
