San Diego County public health officials reported 108 new COVID-19 cases Thursday.
With the new data the cumulative number of infections rose to 281,530. The death toll remains at 3,770.
Of 11,155 tests reported by the county on Thursday, 1% returned positive, but the 14-day rolling percentage of positive cases stayed at 0.8%.
The number of fully vaccinated residents reached 1,786,287, so the county is now at 85% of the official goal of vaccinating 2.1 million people ages 12 and older.
The county currently has more than 300,000 vaccine doses on hand.

Statewide, the case count rose to nearly 3.7 million, with 829 new COVID cases reported Thursday. With 31 additional deaths, Calfornia’s death toll stands at 62,565.
