San Diego County public health officials reported 120 new cases of coronavirus and one more death on Saturday as the daily rate of new cases ticked up slightly.

Out of 10,625 test results received in the past day, 1.1% were positive and the 14-day rolling average ticked up to 0.8%.

However, the daily number of cases and rate are still far below the peak of the pandemic in January.

As of Friday 1,633,271 residents of the county are fully vaccinated and another 412,475 have received at least one dose. Full information about where to get vaccinated is available online.

Since the pandemic began in March 2020, there have been 280,675 cases in San Diego County resulting in 3,764 deaths.
